Ronit is an established chef and culinary instructor based in Byron Bay, in the Northern New South Whales. Ronit has worked in hospitality for the last 25 years as a private chef throughout Europe, India, Israel, Japan and Australia.
Ronit is delighted to create memorable events for clients of all cultural backgrounds. One of her specialties is catering to individual dietary requirements including Kosher, gluten free and other restrictive diets. Ronit is an adamant believer that good nutrition is essential to good health.
Her company and school support sustainable and local produce, using fresh and organic ingredients wherever possible. Ronit is passionate about food as a universal language, one that speaks to who we are, where we are from and where we are going – bringing people together across cultures and time.
